• Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, Engraved Legacy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Assistance will be provided where possible.
