By accessing and purchasing from Engraved Legacy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products & Customization
All products sold by Engraved Legacy are custom engraved and made to order based on customer-provided information. Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (names, spelling, dates, and design selections) are accurate at the time of purchase.
Once production begins, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be authorized at checkout. For custom items, payment may be captured manually once production begins.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product photos, descriptions, and content on this website are the property of Engraved Legacy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Engraved Legacy is not responsible for:
- Minor variations in wood grain, color, or texture
- Natural characteristics of wood materials
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws.
